There is a source of light older than our sun.
In many spiritual traditions — and increasingly in the language of quantum science — the Central Sun is understood as the great cosmic source from which all life originates. It is the emanating point of pure consciousness, the field from which creation flows.
Some understand it as God. Others as source energy. Others simply as the unified field that connects all living things.
What matters less is what you call it — and more is what happens when you open yourself to receive it.
This light isn’t just metaphorical. Many teachers and traditions believe that the Central Sun transmits what are sometimes called light codes — energetic frequencies that support our evolution, our awakening, and yes, even upgrades at the level of our DNA.
Our bodies, like antennae, are designed to receive.
The question is whether we’re tuned in — or too full of noise to receive the signal.
This meditation is an invitation to tune in.
The Meditation
Find a comfortable position — seated or lying down. Close your eyes (or keep them open, it’s up to you). Take three slow, intentional breaths.
Allow your body to soften with each exhale. Release the to-do lists, the questions, the noise of the day. You don’t need to figure anything out right now. You only need to receive.
Begin by bringing your awareness to the center of your chest.
Feel the steady rhythm of your heartbeat. This heart has been beating your entire life — through every season, every change, every moment of doubt and every moment of knowing.
It knows things your thinking mind doesn’t.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Now imagine, far above you — beyond the sky, beyond the stars, beyond what the eye can see — a vast, luminous sun.
This is not the sun you know. This one does not set. It does not dim. It is the original light. The source light. The light from which all other light was born.
It pulses gently, steadily — like a heartbeat of the cosmos itself.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
With your next inhale, imagine a beam of this light moving toward you.
Soft. Golden. Warm. It moves through the atmosphere, through the crown of your head, down through your throat, into your chest — settling at the center of your heart like a gentle ember coming home.
Feel it there. Warm. Still. Alive.
This light carries information your mind cannot access through thinking alone. It speaks in the language of knowing — the kind that arrives not as a thought, but as a quiet certainty.
Breathe in. Let it deepen. Breathe out. Let it spread.
Allow this light to move through your entire body now.
Down through your spine. Into your hands. Into your feet. Into every cell.
If you believe in DNA upgrades — in the idea that we are evolutionary beings capable of expanding beyond what we’ve known — imagine this light activating that potential now. Not forcing. Not striving. Simply allowing.
You were designed to receive this.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Rest here for a moment.
No agenda. No questions. Just presence.
If a word, an image, a feeling, or a knowing arises — let it. Don’t chase it. Don’t analyze it. Simply notice.
This is your inner knowing speaking.
Breathe in. Breathe out.
When you’re ready, begin to bring your awareness back.
Wiggle your fingers. Feel the weight of your body. Take one final deep breath — and as you exhale, carry this light with you back into your day.
You don’t have to leave it here. It goes where you go.
Gently open your eyes.
Journal Prompt
Before the thinking mind takes over — pick up your pen and write:
“What does my inner knowing want me to hear right now?”
Don’t think. Don’t edit. Just write whatever comes — for 5 minutes without stopping.
What arrived may surprise you. ✨
This is the first in a series of guided meditations coming to Your Next Chapter. Future meditations will be available exclusively for paid subscribers — along with live monthly writing workshops where we move from meditation directly into Inspired Writing together.
If this resonated, share it with someone who needs to remember they were designed to receive. 🙏
