You Are More Than Human (And Here's What That Actually Means)

The truth about your DNA, your gifts, and why playing small was never going to work for you.

Not because I wasn’t ready to have it, but because I wanted to find the right words. The ones that wouldn’t make you click away in the first thirty seconds. 😄

So here’s what I’ll say upfront: if any of this sounds too out there for you, that’s completely okay. Use your own discernment. Take what resonates and leave the rest. I’m not here to convince you of anything. I’m here to share what’s been downloaded to me, and what has genuinely changed how I understand myself and my life.

You Are a Fractal of God Source Energy

Every human on this planet, every single one of us, is a fractal of God (aka Source Energy).

This means that at our highest vibrational frequency, we are essentially God. I know. Stay with me.

This might sound controversial if you come from a traditional religious background. It did for me too, and I’ve considered myself a Christian my whole life.

But I’ve come to understand that when Jesus said “The Kingdom of Heaven is within,” he meant exactly this: we all carry the God within us. We all have access to that higher frequency — not through an intercessor, not through a priest or a rabbi, but directly. Because God lives inside us.

We have a higher self, what some call the higher mind, that is always, always connected to God (or use the term “Source,” or “Source Energy” if you prefer.)

And we have the egoic personality self, the version of us that’s here navigating daily life, protecting us, managing fear and anxiety and all the human things.

Both are real. Both are us.

But most of us have only been introduced to one of them.

We Are Multidimensional (And This Is Where It Gets Really Interesting)

Here’s the part that kind of broke my brain in the best possible way.

We don’t just exist at one frequency. We exist at multiple frequencies, in multiple dimensions, potentially at the same time.

Quantum physics actually supports this: the idea that time and space aren’t fixed, that we can exist in different realities simultaneously.

So while the personality version of me is sitting in my office recording a video, my higher dimensional self — my God source self — can at the same time be somewhere else entirely. On a ship. With the Galactic Federation. In another dimension.

I realize how that sounds. And I also know it to be true from my own lived experience.

The reason this matters, for your life in a practical way, is that when you go into meditation, or into Inspired Writing, or into prayer, you’re not just connecting with something outside yourself. You’re potentially connecting with yourself at a higher frequency. Your future self. Your galactic self. The version of you that has already ascended, already healed, already knows.

You can ask your future self questions. And you will get answers.

Inspired Writing as the Portal

This is where the galactic work and the writing practice meet, and why I believe they belong in the same conversation.

Inspired Writing (some call it automatic writing) is one of the most accessible ways I’ve found to actually make this connection. You get up early, before your mind fully wakes up, and before the ego gets loud. You go inward. You ask a question. And you write.

I started this practice back in 2017, and it genuinely changed everything for me: understanding my purpose, learning how to navigate uncertainty, and perfecting how to receive guidance.

I’m not going to claim I do it every single morning anymore. But that’s only because I’ve gotten to a place where I don’t need to.

The Inspired Writing practice built something in me that doesn’t require the ritual as much now. Connecting with my higher self has become... natural. Available. Something I can access at almost any time.

That’s what’s possible. For all of us.

Our Galactic Roots Are Coming Online

Now here’s the piece I’m really excited to keep exploring in this new “Galactic Connections” section.

Many of us aren’t just human. We are hybrid beings, meaning that our DNA merged with DNA from other galactic races. This also means we carry gifts, abilities, and frequencies that are quite literally waking up right now. And it’s happening in tandem with our planet’s rise in collective consciousness.

This is why so many people are suddenly feeling more intuitive. More sensitive. More aware that something is shifting. It’s not your imagination.

We are in the middle of an extraordinary awakening, and the next few years, as challenging as they may be, are part of the process of moving into a much higher frequency of life on Earth. More joy. Less conflict. A fuller expression of who we really are.

And understanding our galactic roots is a huge part of that.

This is what Galactic Connections is going to be about. The ET experiences. The interdimensional communication. The Inspired Writing sessions where I’ve connected with my future galactic self. The practical tools for accessing your own higher self. And the ongoing conversation about what it means to be a multidimensional being living a very human life.
