What If You Just Went for It?
That nudge you keep ignoring. It's not going away.
Something strange is happening to me.
Iâm less interested in scrolling social media. And MUCH less captivated by what any influencers are saying.
Iâm even spending less time with AI â which is odd, because you know how much I love AI.
Instead, my heart keeps pulling me toward something else entirely: waking up in the early morning hours just to write.
Not because I have something groundbreaking to say. Not because thereâs a deadline looming.
Simply because something inside me wonât rest until the words make it onto the page.
At first, it felt like torture. Iâd spend the first fifteen minutes wrestling internally. One part of me was desperate to fall back asleep. Another part was clawing toward my laptop, anxious to release whatever was stirring inside.
Sacred Writing Time
The struggle has been real.
While now I call this âsacred writing time,â it was anything but that when I was first started waking up at 3:33 AM. (Sometimes itâs 4:00 AM if Iâm lucky.)
And yet somehow â by some miracle I still donât fully understand â itâs evolved into the most creative part of my day.
What caused the shift?
I finally realized what was actually happening. The part of me that yearns to write? Thatâs the divine in me. The part that was made to create.
Youâre Innately a Creator
We are all creator beings. Our capacity to create is limitless.
This is because we are intimately connected to a creator God (Source Energy/ Universal Life Force), which means we carry something of that creative essence within us.
The only obstacle? Our stubborn minds, which dwell in worry, anxiety, or stories of lack and limitation. Our minds whisper: Who are you to create something? Who would even care?
But what if there were no limits? What if you could create whatever you wanted?
What Iâve learned About Answering the Creative Call:
The longing doesnât go away just because you ignore it.
Iâve struggled with my own creativity â felt blocked, unsure, scattered. Ideas have come and gone, usually lost before they ever took shape. At first, this was easy to ignore in the busyness of everyday life.
Until it wasnât.
Until the longing from within could no longer be silenced, and I simply had to crack the laptop open at 3 AM. It stopped feeling like a choice and became an inevitability.
Whatâs Next?
I donât know exactly where this journey of early morning musings will take me. I just know itâs unavoidable. And Iâve stopped fighting it.
For whom am I to question the call?
So let me ask you this:
Do you feel it too â that urgency to create?
Maybe itâs not writing for you. Maybe itâs a business idea that keeps nudging you awake. Or a career pivot you canât stop thinking about. A creative project youâve shelved for âsomeday.â A message you know youâre meant to share.
Have you started? Or have you been ignoring the longing, convincing yourself that now isnât the right time, that youâre not ready, that no one would care anyway?
But what if you just... went for it?
Maybe what you create stays private â just for you. Or maybe itâs meant to be shared.
Maybe it evokes an emotion, a memory, or a dream in someone else. Maybe your creation brings them a moment of joy, or a lifetime of inspiration.
You wonât know until you answer the call.
This Weekâs Invitation for You
Set aside 15 minutes â just 15 â to create something. Write. Sketch. Brainstorm. Voice memo your ideas. Donât judge it. Donât edit it. Just let it out.
The divine in you is calling you to create.
Donât ignore your heart!
