I have always really struggled with mediation. Not the concept. The actual feeling. Long story but it's always felt like a place I don't want to be. I think I need to maybe try again. Thank you

It’s can be hard to quiet the mind for sure. I recommend starting with just 2-3 minutes. Don’t get frustrated if it doesn’t immediately click for you. I have ADHD too and it’s really helped me.
